The development was initially purchased with a DA approval for 66 residential apartments.
Topaz Group was engaged to manage the design and marketing process upon project acquisition. The design included for a major section 96 change whereby the floor plates were rationalised, the overall height reduced, the basement level extended, and an additional 6 residential apartments added as a result. The development is currently being marketed as a 72-apartment building over a common 2 level basement.
A display suite has also been built in Gosford to assist with the marketing.
