The Grove Lindfield consists of 16 prestige residential townhouses spanning across 5 separate buildings, 3 levels high each on a 1300m2 transfer slab and single level basement carpark.
Engaged on a design and construction basis, Topaz Group, meticulously managed the design for CC and Construction and challenged the project risks and authority requirements every step of the way. The project involves challenges such as a main stormwater diversion including boring under retained trees, main sewer diversion, new box culvert stormwater line along the council footpath, a new electrical substation, complete tanked basement and a significant external scope for landscaping and common areas.
